Your state association, Virginia Association of REALTORS®, has a primary function of advocacy, located in our Glen Allen, VA. The Virginia REALTORS® association is the largest professional trade association in Virginia. Protecting the real estate industry — to allow REALTORS® to help more Virginians buy, sell, and own property.
State associations have the unique benefit of offering the Graduate REALTOR® Institute. In today's competitive business environment, it often takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

Home Sales Reports
Virginia REALTORS® publishes monthly statewide and regional data on the housing market in Virginia in home sales reports. Each monthly home sales report includes information and analysis on trends in home sales, prices, inventory, and months of supply for Virginia and eight regional markets. Additional local housing market data are also available.
The Tech Helpline is a member benefit for full dues paying members offering support for hardware, software, networking and digital devices. Members can contact friendly and knowledgeable analysts via phone, e-mail, or online chat for help with any device. The Tech Hotline will troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, often by ‘remoting in’ to your computer while you relax. The customer care team can advise you on hardware and software purchasing, and most importantly, they are especially attuned to your needs as a REALTOR®.

Virginia REALTORS® offers its members a legal hotline. While the association cannot serve as your personal attorney they can offer guidance and options. In addition the association offers legal podcasts, legal updates, and a legal FAQ section.
